You may have started seeing 'Lose the Fags' posters around Brinnington now. I know I have! The new services have been launched at a fabulous event at the Community Centre back in March. We had people up from London as well as Greater Manchester to celebrate the hard work that so many people from Brinnington have put in to the project.
So now if you know anyone who wants to give up smoking but doesn't know where to start, they can text 81066 or ring 08001412104 and they'll get the right help and support.
The Lose the Fags Team are excited about the new services and requests for information have been coming in every day. New support will be available at the Children's Centre on a Wednesday morning and The Lapwing Centre during their normal opening hours. Quit for Life on a Monday morning will carry on as normal!
